IS IT OKAY? FOR CHILDREN TO BELIEVE IN SANTA?

HELLO PEOPLE Many of us know Santa Claus as that jolly man in red who delivers presents to children on Christmas Eve. But the legend of Santa stretches back hundreds of years ago to a monk named St. Nicholas.  Many people say that St. Nicholas gave away his inheritance and travelled the countryside to help the poor and sick. He became the protector of children and was admired by everyone. DURING childhood, imagination blurs the line between fantasy and reality, making it easier for children to believe. The idea of a man flying around the world in a sleigh led by flying reindeer is humanly impossible but as for kids it is quite certainly possible as they believe what they want to believe. In my opinion it is okay as well as normal for children to believe in Santa, we all are allowed to have our fare share of fairy fantasies... wink wink! Besides it enhances children's power of hospitality. It creates joyful and fun experiences for children.  It also provides opportunitie...

Dream land

Hello people “Between every two pines is a  doorway to a new world .” So, I woke up this morning and realized what I dreamt last night and my! my! was I awestruck by the things that I had seen in my wander land!!! I saw a closet. It was old, dark and dusky in appearance but something was strange with the closet. As I moved all the clothes and files away I saw a postern, when I opened it, I couldn't even imagine of what I saw and boom my dream was over.  We all have our fantasies, don't we? Some of us would like to share it with the world while others would keep it to themselves and even take it with them to their deathbeds.... But all of us can agree upon the fact that we have them or at least we wish to have them or dream about them at some point in our lives.  Dreams are nothing but visions we use to escape reality. Our brain tries to show us what we really want to think, what we actually want to see despite the denial of our system. There are dreams we want or a...

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

HELLO PEOPLE, " What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make. " How we behave in our everyday life portrays our personality. Every individual has it's own way to respond to emotions, perceiving things and looking at the world. No two individual are similar. They might share a trait or two but they cannot be exactly the same from head to toe. For example: You might be a party person and you may like to meet new people. On the contrary your friend might prefer staying back at home.  Personality also influences what we think, our beliefs, values and expectations. Therefore, it should be our topmost concerns to penetrate a good one! When it comes to polishing our skills and improving our character, the possibilities are endless. Developing your personality can have a lot positive effect on your life and career.  The first and the foremost thing you need to do is you need to listen carefully, be a good listener. When you lis...

LOVE

Hello people!! I cannot write about love because that's isn't something which can be expressed in few words. Love isn't a feeling, it's a doorway to a whole new world. Rather the definition of love is completely different for every individual, like for me it is just a person who loves me the way i am without a change, one who would support me and care fro me, would give me my space but would never let me feel lonely. Someone with whom I can share my madness and would understand everything just by looking into my eyes.  I know this fantasy of mine is so filmy and non-realistic but love isn't about being practical always rather it means being transferred to a whole new world with unicorns and cupids.  If life is a piece of cake then I will prefer a mixed fruit cake than a chocolate one. Being same all the time isn't fun. The different fruits tasting different would be better than the same chocolate all the time. Love means understanding, mutual respect, care and t...

A note

Hello readers. I am not qualified enough to write about depression, anxiety, or any other mental disease as such. then why am I posting this blog? My sole concern is for the people who reads this! that is my very audience. I am not qualified enough to treat people with such despair but I am surely qualified enough to listen, qualified enough to be trusted and qualified enough to say, "things will be okay, believe in yourself." It is the most important issues these days and also the least discussed one! Why is it so important to say these words?  depression is a mental health disorder caused by various factors. The least you can do as a parent, friend, or colleague is to talk people out of it and let them know that you are their safe space. A shoulder they can easily lean on whenever they feel the need to vent. Suicide is an impulse, not an option. Don't ever tell anyone that suicide is for cowards, it's not. It's high time we normalize the stigma around mental h...
