IS IT OKAY? FOR CHILDREN TO BELIEVE IN SANTA?
HELLO PEOPLE Many of us know Santa Claus as that jolly man in red who delivers presents to children on Christmas Eve. But the legend of Santa stretches back hundreds of years ago to a monk named St. Nicholas. Many people say that St. Nicholas gave away his inheritance and travelled the countryside to help the poor and sick. He became the protector of children and was admired by everyone. DURING childhood, imagination blurs the line between fantasy and reality, making it easier for children to believe. The idea of a man flying around the world in a sleigh led by flying reindeer is humanly impossible but as for kids it is quite certainly possible as they believe what they want to believe. In my opinion it is okay as well as normal for children to believe in Santa, we all are allowed to have our fare share of fairy fantasies... wink wink!
